There is only the salary which is an advantage
Cons
Bad management, no possibility to grow within the company, hiring only native dutch to management positions although not having at all the required qualifications and experience, ending up losing good employees. The salary is not worth it given the company culture.

· Work pressure is overall good to handle (with ups and downs of course) · Young team · The company focuses a lot on diversity · Allows for team bonding · Hybrid working · Managers are fairly easy to approach
Cons
· Company is still young, so it still has some issues that bigger companies most likely already solved.
