Cons
Managers are unable to take feedback and are never at fault. Love to push the blame to employees and focus mainly on the bad rather than the good. Managers will find any excuse to mark you down as under-performing. Pressured to rate highly in workplace survey if not we will get no investment. No empathy for employees, expects you to work even when you are on medical leave to meet deadline. Workload is immense and when informed manager about it, was basically told to do more work by holding more meetings to get everyone aligned? Pay is low for the amount of work.
