Pros

None There is a good vision, but it is being cannibalized from within because the employees have no skin in the game and they feel they could be let go any minute, so there is no trust.

Cons

Zero loyalty to their employees. They hire people who are incompetent, and keep them around because they are from a temp agency. Then they fire the employees who are actually the most capable individuals. They lie about promotions, and how you and your division are making a huge difference for the company and moving them forward, then they let every on go in the entire division. Good concept, but very poor implementation. Spineless managers.

It was a check, it was simple work but management made it difficult.

Cons

Management is clueless. If you don’t suck up you get fired.

Pros

The ROI side of the business seems stable

Cons

The company focused on record retrieval, which was a huge money loser. The result of this focus was a termination of over 50% of the staff in the fall of 2018. Severance was not provided to terminated employees, so if that sounds appealing by all means try to get a job at ChartFast. I will be surprised if they are in business in 2020.
