Pros
Lots of ALA locations, the faculty was amazing, lots of support from families. High turnover means lost of space for growth?
Cons
Administration was dishonest, and absent most of the time. The only way to be promoted is through nepotism. Administration is often hired without any experience or qualifications. This is not a jaded perspective. You will find this opinion shared with 90% of faculty. Racism is a big problem.
