Main benefit is to work remotely; you get regular training and feedback. Environment is good, but your manager is on top of you every day.

Cons

Problem is when you ask for vacations. I got fired after asking for a week off.

Cons

Management is manipulative and downright nasty, they want to control everything including your day to day life in different ways. They make many promises but never fulfill them, worse company I've worked with. Sub human treatment.

This company preys on the cheap labour of developing countries. As an experienced professional looking for a transition to international work opportunities, I was initially excited about working for Chat Assassins while based in LATAM. However, after a multiple-round interview process, and receiving an offer, I discovered that the base pay would only be $4.50 an hour with an additional salary determined by a complex commission process. To make matters worse, the company requires all new employees to complete 3-4 WEEKS OF UNPAID TRAINING before receiving any form of payment. If you are desperate for work, I promise you there are other opportunities out there for you... Here, your mental health will be impacted negatively.
