      Pros

      Great employer, people, and culture. Jobs moved to New Jersey. I am not sure if the culture remained the same.

      The jobs moved to New Jersey with little communication on how to move with the company.

      Pros

      Company provides good benefits, compensation and retirement plans and this would be the ‘golden handcuffs’ that keep people in place.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Inept operational capabilities-worst I’ve seen for a company of this size. No strategy for growth of the business or their people. Leadership, specifically Sales leadership, are not good people and they treat their team’s poorly and take any and all credit for fake successes. Top line revenue driven company - focus is on hitting a number not growing their consumer base. Filling warehouses to meet a goal is a common practice.
