Pros

Good People, paid parking, no bonus payout 2x in the past 3 years. New interim CEO, I hope will be better.

Cons

High turnover of tenured people leaving. Positions unfilled for months making more work for everyone else. Lower than the rest of the market in pay scale.

Paid parking garage, office beside 405, snacks on site

Long hours, short deadlines, very frequent turnover, no consistency in goals, processes, or deadlines, poor internal communication that leads to stressed out coworkers, toxic work environment due to the fact we probably won’t bonus this year and everyone is afraid they’ll walk in one day and be fired, get a good sales territory and you’re fine but if you get a slow industry you’re on the chopping block, leadership talks about give and take but seems to only be taking time from our work life balance and our mental health but not giving us any benefits or anything in return, adding useless layers of management when we can’t even keep 3 sales directors within 18 months, living version of the movie Office Space
