It was a good steady place to work and the staff was pleasant. You could work overtime.
Cons
Not enough workers to replace you when you needed time-off for vacation or sick leave. There was no opportunity for growth within the company. Also, being a small non-profit organization, they were not able to give pay raises even though I was a great employee.
