Great place to work and family atmosphere.

Small and dynamic team, great management team. The manager listen and act on suggestions pretty actively. It's satisfying to see many of the suggestions are taken actions. The project is very interesting and quite visible to the analytic community. We work on cutting edge technology with Scala, Spark, hadoop. New machine Learning algorithms are all give back to open source community. We have weekly tech talk with speakers from both internal and external (companies in silicon valley as well UC Berkeley and Stanford) . The Alpine sponsored SF machine learning meetup also attract many high profile speakers such Andrew ng, Michael Jordan, C.J Lin, Jinping Ye, . 1-2 week long hachon after the major release was also cool. I felt we have a lot freedom to work on interesting projects.
