Pros
There are a lot of employees who have worked there for more than 15 years.
Cons
The Singapore branch is run as a traditional Chinese-style company. Processes and technologies are backwards as compared to the larger European counterparts. Things that were implemented by European counterparts 10-15 years ago are just being adopted in Chevalier now. They also do not spend money on technology advancements to keep up with current times. There is a particular sub-unit in the maintenance department worth mentioning. It probably has the highest number of turnover in a short timeframe due to a particular manager. This manager does not believe in respecting his team members and follows the typical top-down approach. Moreover, he has the tendency to cross boundaries by calling his team in a drunken state after working hours and using rude language at them offensively. Unfortunately, the company has not taken any action towards this behavior as though it is condoned.
