      Great and kind Teachers but structure and culture is missing

      Pros

      You will get a ton of support to grow as a teacher. Project based learning is a great experience. Very kind TEACHERS.

      Cons

      Culture of the school isn't great. Not a ton of support for teachers to hold kids accountable. They hold to tight to the idea of project based learning.

      The culture team consists of 6-7 educators that really care for the student body. They display unwavering commitment to the entire student body and community.

      Cons

      The buy in from staff and lack of consistency causes waves of unnecessary behavior in the students.
