There seems to never be an actual “off “ time. You may work 8-5 but should probably expect to be contacted on the weekends frequently no matter the time or where you may be and there is a possibility you could be reprimanded for not answering or not answering fast enough. The pay is poor and the benefits are not great compared to industry standards. The PTO is on the lower side. It seemed like they liked to hire perhaps on the younger side so they might be able to lowball salary and how much work you do. You might be expected do several jobs in one. There is not any upward mobility so if you are looking to climb the corporate ladder or promotions of any sort this is not the place. I would say in my opinion this company would be ideal for getting something on your resume fresh out of college and then getting out of there. You will more than likely have a poor work/life balance here. Sometimes it felt like managers were treated better than other associates and had perks lower employees did not get. Do not expect hybrid or remote work here as that seems to only be accepted for leadership. They frown on working from home.

Pay was a little low but still worth working.
