Great perks but just know a few things

Pros

The perks. The time off is fantastic, health insurance is provided at no cost to you, fairly low stress environment. There is little to no accountability so you will be able to get away with a lot of goofing off.

Cons

Don't expect any sort of raises. You'd better not live nearby either because the rent will eat up your entire pay. Upper management has a ton to be desired. Expect to be involved in all sorts of meetings/boards on how to improve everything and quickly learn that it is all lip service. Expect to do the jobs of other people who will gladly coast along.

Pros

working with the little kids. Used to be a good place to work but leadership changed and took everything away

Cons

leadership is terrible, no communication, no appreciation, no one is on the same page, incredible turnover, old fashioned leadership styles, low pay, no support, director doesn't know what is going on, outside consultants come in and take over, expected to do multiple jobs with no more pay, poor business practices
