Time to Clean House - Financial Chaos

Pros

Nice, hard working people who are mission-driven.

Cons

Top heavy management. They have delayed payrolls several times over the last year. That’s not insignificant for most employees. Chiefs make $225k so they can afford a missed check or two. Need to clean house and start fresh starting with the CFO and CEO.

Pros

The company culture is mostly positive. The mission and work help support minority children and educators.

Cons

Little to no job security. Funding challenges are always present resulting in layoffs/restructuring.
