      The team and culture is second to none, I genuinely enjoy coming into the office. It's great to work in a place where you feel valued and trusted by leadership. Have been presented great progression opportunities too

      Not really a con but there's been quite a lot of change, but that's just a natural part of where Choco is as a company

      Pros

      The company went through a lot changes in leadership and strategy for the company. The strategy is focused and set up for scaling globally. I believe Choco is better and stronger than ever with a commitment to their employees. Work life balance is existing in the company which is a huge factor for me.

      Cons

      The growth in revenue has been slower than hoped for, but hopefully will soon ramp up in 2026
