- Management claims to promote "family culture" but they perform cancel culture on those who disagree with their beliefs - Promise one thing at your interview and do another thing when you join - Groupthink concept, you will be seen as a toxin if you don't agree with management - Management says " no micromanagement" but talk bad about people behind their backs especially if you are not into working late - Promises flexibility and autonomy but that's all fake - Wants to be a unicorn but management have a mindset of a traditional Chinese company in the 1980s. - Small team but too much politics. - All in all, its a place that makes u drag your feet to work.
