No pros at this place. Incompetent management, toxic environment, cheat, lie, and steal! An environment of blame everyone else, we can't be the problem!

Cons

So many cons where do I start? Management changed over several times in the last 3 years but the CEO continues to blame everyone else for his failures. Their clients are looking for skilled leadership to grow their business but what they receive is the industry's worst practices, dishonesty, and a losing atmosphere. More than 200 people came and left in the last 2 years, is it really their fault? The answer will be "we're going through dramatic change that will better the company," but the truth is the executive team doesn't have a clue. What has been implemented to improve the culture? What have you done to grow the business? What have you done to enhance your client's experience? Improve service? Cut costs (losing business isn't real cost cutting)? Cisco left because there is an inherent problem, poor infrastructure, poor leadership, and incompetence!

Worst Experience You will Ever Have Don’t Work Here

I worked at Choice for less then a year and in that time I was bullied by other employees and management. If you work here be prepared to be treated as if you are less then human. Nothing but a tool to be overworked and under payed. On top of that if you are a female you will be bullied and harassed by your manager and when you bring it up to anyone they will make your life miserable until you quit or just fire you. This place should honestly be burned to the ground. I wouldn’t wish my worse enemy to work here I’m glad I gone. They don’t care about their employees they only care about their management staff getting away with harassment. And if u say anything the only response you will get is “Welcome to Choice”. The place where you are not trained under payed and ur well being is not important. They don’t even care about their customers. I can not tell you enough do not work here work ANYWHERE else be a stripper you will probably be better respected and get more money. I hated every second there. I would rather live in a box then be there again. Any positive reviews are all lies don’t believe it they don’t promote employees they don’t respect anyone for what they do. Hard work is not rewarded they suck worse place in the world I’m surprised they haven’t been sued yet
