Some of the Global heads and Managing Directors are toxic leaders with poor empathy, are selfish and used their powers to bully lower-ranked employees. They only care about their self-interests, trample on those that dare to speak up to them and adore the diva minions that do their bidding. They are toxic leaders that create toxic culture with gossiping, backstabbing and double standards at work. They think they are high up on the pedestal and only kowtow to the family owners. Rubbish, pretentious leaders in suits and fancy titles that make white noises with no constructive contributions. They are masters of survival - taking credit fast, shunning away from situations quick, prone to blame and criticize others while highlighting their ‘value’ with ostentatious rhetoric and theatrics.

Double standards in rules. Some employees get away with bad attitude and behaviour.
