Pros
Relaxed atmosphere. Arrive early, leave early - arrive on time, leave on time - arrive late, leave late. Beautiful office and furniture. The best working environment I've ever seen. Amazing group of colleagues and an extremely minimal level of politics.
Cons
Extremely uncomfortable chairs. Never-ending projects. Impossible to ask for a raise seeing as you never actually get to finish anything. You'd better make sure you do outside work if you don't want your portfolio or network to stagnate and die. Playboy CEO whose dreams are far too grand.
