      Pros

      Goals are manageable and management is professional, helpful, and easily accessible for any issue. Good pay and benefits, hard work is recognized. Monthly company-sponsored catered lunches, holiday as well as seasonal events are fun and engaging. Terrific people to work with, close to 100% long-term employee retention rate which is impressive for the 100+ employees at the Southern California facility. I am leaving the company to pursue higher degree otherwise I could definitely have seen myself working at Chroma for years to come. Not enough good things to say!
