      W/L balance is second to none, Above average pay and benefits. Strong Growth and Market Dominance.

      Cons

      Oldest ERP system in the world, almost every issue revolves around this. Logistically complicated company: 100's of plants, offices, divisions, countries. Slow moving everything. No culture, but that seems common now.
