two-days work from home. Leaving at the end of the day

Cons

No future and stability. The Management- level sales team only looks at the screen for numbers, little sales strategy. Embrace for kissing goodbye to customers and the business due to past errors. If you have other companies to work for, go for them, unless you want to be employed while you look for another job.

Toxic environment supported by enablers telling you "just endure it, people before you had worst than you do" Be prepared to be hired to do account management but end up doing business development. There is no installed base, you will be dealing with impossible transactions and the support will be: it is your problem and you have to solve it. You are responsible for doing everything with no support. Chat with the many former employees that have done this job before considering any offer.
