-Close-knit, collaborative group of creative individuals that are eager to learn and create the best storytelling campaigns for clients -Wide range of expertise to learn from -Dynamic clients, who employees have great relationships with -Great opportunities to grow both professionally and personally
Cons
-Due to COVID work was remote, but now back to a hybrid work-environment!

I learned so much from Cindy Riccio and CRC that I still use in my business today. Working for CRC gave me the foundation to start my own company. It game the confidence to know that I could succeed on my own. Cindy is a great mentor and I'm so lucky to say I learned from her. People search for years to find business mentors and I was lucky enough to have one right in the office that I worked in every day.
Cons
Cindy is a tough boss, but it's the kind of tough that makes you stronger. She inspires you to be better because she does not and will not baby you. If you mess up, she's going to tell you and teach exactly how you messed up and demand better the next time. That is life, life is not easy but all we can do is better the next time.
