      Pros

      There are no pros, I would not recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      They have no respect for their employees, no proper training, HR does not exist, and don't ever stand up for yourself cause it will be a waste of time. They don't understand marketing at all or social media so if you know what you are doing stay away. They don't care about anyone's opinions and they talk to you like you are disposable trash.

      If you’re looking to make industry connections - the showroom is a great place to meet builders and designers.

      Cons

      - Predatory corporate team that manipulates and strategies against their employees for their own benefit - Completely illegitimate in terms of how they operate from a human resource specialist - No support for their sales staff (poorly run infrastructure that makes selling impossibly difficult) - Marginal room for development long term (poor remuneration structure even for top performers, tragic benefit package, and corrupt advancement biases)
