If you are there for the pay check and can play "the game" you'll be able to get along with the job for 2-3 years. The idea be hind the organization is great, and working with kids to impact the word is a great idea.
Cons
As long as the current Executive Director is in charge, the systemic issues and performative alley ship might cost you your job. His personal discomfort dealing with complex issues, causes him to terminate employees without having a true dialogue about the issue that the organization creates for their staff.
