This is the place to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge!
Pros
*Lots of autonomy - You are given a project and it is your decision to figure out what must come next and you are at total liberty to proceed however you want *Flexible hours - Management understands if you may need to work from home one day or come in late or leave early. Even standard working hours are flexible, you just have to speak with management first. *So much to do and so much to learn - There is a plethora of exciting projects waiting to be worked on and they involve multiple skillsets. So, you have the opportunity to delve into another skillset that may be lacking and try to build it by working with others on these projects.
Cons
General Communication - Sometimes the environment can be a bit chaotic because there is a slight lack of organization in how things are communicated. However, the company is working to iron these issues out and it has improved since the beginning of the year.
