Pros

Nice benefits and some good people are around that are leftover from pre-merger. There are good products and some potential moving forward but a lot of the momentum has been slowing down

Cons

Post-merger has been an unmitigated disaster, constantly shifting management with a current clear leadership vacuum, a lot of the leadership left are there because, well I am not sure, and I don't think they are sure either, no clear overall direction, constant micromanaging, clearly trying to squeeze in every direction to make their numbers look good in the short time

In our interview, they didn’t ask me any question about my experience and our interview took only 10 minutes instead of half an hour. After that I got email from them related to I evaluated negatively for this position. I want to state that I had a bad experience as a candidate.
