Low pay, confusing software, training done through videos, felt like I needed to be grateful for getting the opportunity to work there. Some seniors had attitudes when asking for help.

Never boring. Good benefits including lucrative employee stock plan "Flat" organization where every employee is an "owner" of sorts. Lots of experienced employees. Very transparent regarding numbers, finances
