      Very beneficial for the community, PTO, 12 paid holidays. Company parties

      Cons

      Work culture, bias when it comes to certain staff members. A lot of managers will insert themselves in other positions. A lot of secrecy when it comes to basic things. Directors make more money to sit in meetings while mangers who do the most work have to fight to get paid a living wage.
