I can click "Former Employee" ... In all seriousness, the only pro about working at Civiltech is witnessing the idiocy that goes on... The ineptitude was staggering.

Cons

This place is so mismanaged that it is something out of a lampoon's movie.

they take you out for launch sometimes. I don't know if it's a pros though!!!!!

Cons

a lot of work load, no appreciation, mean managers, very stingy company, overtime work without pay.
