You will be stuck here forever. 1.No job security - you will be asked to leave without any reason 2. No defined structure/process for appraisals. Appraisals are delayed by a year and the percentage given is also meager. the hike percentage is not even discussed. 3.no No culture of giving feedbacks to teammates, everything is evaluated the day before the appraisal. 3. Favoritism - They are some people who are just sucking money from the company. 4. pay disparity is high. they make you do everything without any pay raise. 5. Women empowerment is a joke - psuedo-feminism 6. The tech team is pampered for god knows what. 7. there's no work-life balance. They suck the blood out of you 8. it is one of the most thankless company. There's no culture of appreciation. The only business team are recognized. Other teams' work is undervalued. 10. they find rules and regulations, not to give money when you are leaving. a lot of my colleagues have not got their variables, even though they performed well n had served a complete financial year. 11. There's no communication from the management if the salaries are late or if there's lay-off, or no appraisal. 12. too much politics. 13. Spending money on useless things without thinking of the welfare of the employees. 14. Sexism is very prevalent. 15. No clarity on career growth 16.some people are protected because they have a personal relationship with the management team. their wrongdoings and poor performance is ignored

Impractical, unfair deadlines, lack of clarity from management, delayed salaries and appraisals, lack of autonomy, more of a top-down approach where employees are only asked to do the hard work, but are seldom given a say or asked for their opinions/ideas, senior employees favoured excessively, almost no professional development
