      Pros

      Tips are good during busy season, you usually can get a day off if needed, you get praise if you go above and beyond.

      Cons

      This is a job for high schoolers and college students, you will be around kids all day. You wont get promoted unless you're close with the owners and have worked there a long time. High school drama and picking up the slack of others because you work as a team.

      Pros

      Good Tips,Nice Coworkers. That’s about it I liked being outside but did not always feel respected and I was accused of multiple things I did not do.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Low Pay, Did not provide the proper ear protection. Also did not care I was also in school too so I did need some flexibility but they did not work with my school schedule. Never Consistent work schedules. Very toxic environment
