      Pros

      One of the best local employers in the area. A Cooperative, not driven by profit but concern for the community, providing a quality service and keeping employees safe.

      Cons

      Long tenure can limit career advancement opportunities due to the great pay and benefits retaining employees.

      Good employee setting. Safe work practices

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Pay brackets are a mess. Recently adjusted the brackets for new employees in certain positions while leaving current experienced employees in the same pay scale. A very unfair pay raise system for todays standards in the Lineman industry, in terms of time it takes to reach the top of the scale ~12 years.
