      Highly experienced but lean team which allows for opportunities to take larger responsibilities Entrepreneurial work environment Good work life balance especially during and post Covid Regional presence provides good cross market and product exposure Strong brand name

      Competitive industry means pressure to perform in order to stand out Compensation especially at mid levels can be improved

      Pros

      Colleagues are generally helpful and friendly. Got to see many solar projects. Learnt a lot during my time there. It was a great entry point to renewables energy industry/ energy market. Company is owned by big players in the market - Shell and Keppel.

      Cons

      Can implement rotation program for people to learn more.
