Great place to be overworked and underpaid.

• Friendly coworkers (for the most part). • Free Shuttle service to work location (limited times). • Lots of places to eat within walking distance. • Some people have been here for a very long time, so they are very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Cons

• Management is unaware of people’s roles and responsibilities. • People often have to wear many hats, even when it not in their area of expertise. • Management is consciously unaware of time availability and people’s workload, and tends to overwork and add more stress to an already stressful situation. • Management often times demands unrealistic expectations due to misunderstanding people’s skills, weaknesses and strengths.

Pros

There is a group of nice people who are overworked and underpaid. They've been seating in their positions for years and are so comfortable with the way things are and don't want to change.

Cons

Very strange culture. Tightly controlled and managed by the parent company HME which is based in Poway, CA. It is a very old school mentality, bureaucratic and not forward-thinking family-ran organization, outdated processes, no career growth for most people. It's a sad place to be.
