Access to leadership & mentorship – I’ve worked very closely with the CEO/COO and other C-level on major projects, which gave me visibility, influence, and direct learning from senior leadership. Innovation, agility & experimentation – The company embraces change and pushes forward with cutting-edge initiatives (AI adoption, org design, remote-first practices), which keeps the work exciting and future-oriented. Learning business fundamentals – Being part of a lean, fast-moving SaaS environment means you see how all the pieces fit together (finance, product, sales, operations) and gain a deep understanding of how the business runs. Broader roles & faster growth – My scope went far beyond traditional HR.
