Pros

Good money between February-March. Fun coworkers.

Cons

Every other month that isn't February or March does not make good money. HR is the rudest team. Management is fun but they have preferences/favorites which will effect your schedule. Horrible clientele. No work/life balance. If they need you to double you have to do a double shift or you get a bad schedule/ bad section.

fun upbeat atmosphere. easy drinks to make.

Cons

went through 15 managers in one year. Veteran bartenders were not teamplayers and completely untrustworthy.

flexible hours, can be a fun environment, some days money can be great.

Cons

no transparency on how you're paid, issues with inaccurate checks, safety is not enforced which is particularly bad when in season.
