      Pros

      It’s a great place to work, you have the option of working remotely and the schedule is flexible. You can plan your own schedule

      Cons

      The pay rate is low and you have to work till 7pm or 8pm on certain days. Their job turn over is and there is not a lot of career progression

      Flexibility regarding scheduling, decent pay and bonuses.

      Cons

      Basically no benefits...Crazy expensive health insurance and with an unbelievable deductible as well. 401k match was taken away. Strict compliance.
