Unpleasant bosses and undesired work environment.

They will hire almost anyone who applies, this leads to a very unprofessional work environment. Most employees have very little respect for anyone other than themselves. H.R department is horrible and really does not contribute in any way. No programs, team building, wellness events or anything. The company doesn't seem to have any objectives or goals and if they do they are not communicated to anyone. Managers seem to hate their jobs and take it out on their employees. A lot of employees are very disrespectful to other employees and management. Turnover is constant.. People are fired almost daily. Very little training.. I had to learn everything on my own.

Not a family friendly work environment at all. Managers talk about employees negatively on the floor in front of other employees and it is a very negative environment. No room to make any money as the files u get no one ever answers or it’s the wrong number.

None at this time. The work environment is fast paced and there seems to be constant change with the opportunity to get promoted and/or demoted if your not working hard everyday.

Not enough work hours in the week and health insurance is costly

Priorities can change frequently which negatively impacts productivity and progress at times.
