Pros
The best thing I like working for this company is that they do not micromanage employees. We had a few disgruntled employees that complained of the existing management as one of the executives of the firm was suffering health issues...Overall the flexibility given to managers is very nice!
Cons
Please hire folks that can work well as a team and screen candidates for their opinion on team spirit and make a decision.
