-company has some great middle managers.

-high attrition rate -only focused on numbers -career growth non-existent for most -no clear direction from management -communication flow disrupted -employees following the ridiculous pet peeves of the owner -money not spent on where they should be

-Terrible management -Executive team will bully staff and are untouchable -So many good employees left because of the toxic culture
