Great staff with the exception of several members of C suite.

Pros

I met a lot of really nice people. Location is good and offices are nice. Pay is decent and there were good benefits.

Cons

Several members of upper management have no formal education or training and therefore do not have a good understanding of how to manage and lead. They lead you to believe its a family environment but most employees I met were unhappy and fearful about losing their jobs. Crude email communication to staff was tolerated and sent by a member of the C suite. Fighting, yelling and insulting behavior was very common place.

I am sorry that my lack of formal education offends you. While I may not have a formal education, I do believe that this also allows me to not be so judgmental about others. Perhaps there is a leeson there... We are constantly working to train our managers and help everyone get better. We are not aware of anyone who is fearful of their job but every single person that worked around you while you were here, are still here. If they are fearful then I would encourage them to come forward so we can calm their fears. We have great people here and none of them should be fearful of losing their jobs. I am uncertain of any fighting, yelling or insulting behavior. That is certainly never condoned and I have never witnessed such behavior. It is a shame that you would make such baseless accusations. We wish you the best.

The benefits are great and most of the people are awesome. As long as you are in the "click". If you're not in the click, you will quickly be pushed out

Cons

Too many closed doors and secrets. Micro managing is fore-front. Training was not very adequate. Need to be friends with supervisors and managers or everything you do is scrutinized. The "click" seems to hand pick who they want in positions and who they don't. Most people have a life outside the office, and while OT is great, family time is more precious. If you die today your job will replace you tomorrow, your family will not. While it was never said out loud, it was more times than not expected that you log in and work from home, check e mails and respond, etc.
