Pros
The people I worked with were gerat. The office location and fitout was ok, but not above average. The work that the buisness does is lige changing.
Cons
Management and general high livel strategy was hit and miss. While some leaders wre inspirational, that never filtered down to those actually doing the work, in which case, the mid and higher level managers were lacking support and communication on strategy. Internal legal counsel was a horror to work with. People were scared to say anything badkd about the way we worked or the company, in case of retaliation from particular managers.
