      The staff (at the site office) were generally hardworking.

      Literally everything else about the company from lack of upper-management support to the lack of tools given to site staff.

      You don’t need any knowledge, education or experience to work here and make six figures

      Cons

      Upper management is unprofessional, confusing and lacking any sense of understanding what the company goals are. No directions, bad environment, poor leadership, double standards, toxic affair rumors on the highest level, constant stress and pressure with no directions from executives.
