The people you work with on your day-to-day really make it worth going into the office five days a week

Cons

Management, there is no clear direction or communication coming from upper management. In my short time there they hired and fired multiple people based on “performance” but provided zero communication or course corrections for newer employees.

Really great (non-leadership) team with a lot of empathetic and capable people. Cool office space. Weekly catered lunches are nice.

Cons

5 days in office, default is to do layoffs or fire people, exec team is stuck in their ways and there is no wiggle room, don't understand their own goals and metrics
