      Lack of integrity among leadership.

      Pros

      Money is market rate. Work hours / location has some flexibility.

      Cons

      Disappointing at best, traumatic at worst. If you're a woman (or a man who cares about equality and/or diversity), this is not the company for you. Only one woman survived the transition to AWS. These guys can talk the talk, but they absolutely cannot walk the walk.

      Cloud9 has a great work environment with the best employees and the best CEO, who is down to earth and makes it a point to compliment everyone.

      Pros

      Working at cloud9 IDE means you only work with highly talented people that are very driven to make the company a big success! Awesome lunches, very funny people and stimulation for individual growth are just a few of the benefits of working here.

      Cons

      The team is very close even after the company grew a lot so you do have to fit in well. Your personality is as much valued as your abilities. If you are passionate and want to excell at what you do, and are smart, whitty and allergic to minimal effort then chances are you'll fit in just fine here!
