Pros
Great environment to allow creative growth and collaboration. They have a very "cool" office in Rochester and ultimately have the ability to do some interesting work. Easiest way to get hired is to be a former colleague of Dan, the CEO. Another option is to have a lot to say about nothing, and yet one more would be to have your wife befriend Dan's wife.
Cons
Where to begin... lets just say executive car allowances and signing bonuses are more important than employees. Aside from greed, there is no transparency into leadership's intentions. They are frequent double speakers, where they say one thing and do another. Unless you are a Rochester based executive, you're job is in danger.
