Pathetic and unstable management; I am surprised at their 4.0 ratings here; the unrealistically positive reviews just seem to be cloak-and-dagger attempts to increase ratings. Organization structure is unstable and subsequent changes are simply unpredictable; however I've now come to realize that all that was by design. Additionally, there's limited transparency and scope for open communication here due to ego issues with some of the senior management. Lots of fake promises are made to employees.
The level of office politics here is just overwhelming. The insecure leadership is more concerned with power than performance, and as a result the environment is heavily undermined by a leadership plagued with insecurity, favoritism, and fragile egos. Not too long ago, a well-respected senior executive was let go—not for poor performance, but seemingly because one of the senior leaders who wanted to take all credit for himself simply felt threatened by her competence. Management is quick to claim the credit for others’ efforts but equally fast to distance themselves when accountability is needed. Constructive feedback is treated as insubordination, and those who excel or bring fresh perspectives often find themselves targeted instead of being supported.
The tech stack here is limited, so there's not much exposure from that side.
