Pros

Free weekly lunch Transport allowance Good health benefits All new hires start in San Francisco HQ, very comprehensive and useful orientation week to get to know people

Cons

Most team members in Singapore reports upward to their lead based in San Francisco A lot of micro-managing / remote hand holding for local matters when they have no clear understanding of the issue and proposed solutions Some level of white supremacist thinking; some level of racial stereotypes (Team members handling Singapore office affairs are of Asian descent )

Pros

Great team of people @ mid-management and below.

Cons

Not a meritocracy. Empires, conjecture and opinions rule the decision making with little consideration for facts nor metrics. This manifested into Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) hell, every day one more person placed on a PIP = managed out. Crazy be at work policy - conferences with video to make sure you are really doing your job...lack of trust from top management filters to all aspects of the office.

Pros

- Vision of Co-Founders. - Network and platform. - Pricing/Licensing Model.

Cons

- Culture, integrity and principles are very weak. - Frivolous and superficial relationships. - HR is the wiliest that you can find - no integrity, values or trust. - Management wants to hire yes-men who want to keep the job, not to get the job done. - No structured processes, rules change as per convenience.
