      Founded on the falsehood of CEO fantasies....

      Pros

      The CEO is very good at hiring/brainwashing good people into joining the company. They quickly learn and leave.

      Cons

      There is no substance at all to the huge level of hype drummed up by the CEO and owner. There is nothing bar a sales story and the excellent ability of the CEO to keep spinning a story to the quickly depleting number of people in the industry willing to listen. The positive reviews on this site are planted by him and his team and this attempt to cover the reality of working at this place is testament to how petty he is.

      Pros

      because they have no other better way to treat you, they throw money at you, if you have skills they need. So, salary can be good, at the expense of everything else.

      Cons

      The company has a great marketing sell. The idea is good, CEO is excellent sales person and can sell ice to the eskimo. He has been a great motivator and always get the people energised. However top management execution is much to be desired which led to many dissatisfactions in both employees and customers; and hence the lost of confidence both inside and outside the company.
